Mint Chocolate Cupcake

So I noticed that I dont' have any new cupcakes posted except for the ones I put up a long time ago. I decided to go with mint chocolate for the flavor since I've always wanted to do this flavor, not to mention it's a really nice color scheme. Enjoy!
